Much like the menu itself, our team is an eclectic bunch.

Their combined experience ranges from Members clubs and Michelin star restaurants from Mayfair to Shoreditch, including The Soho House Group (including Shoreditch House, High Road House, Cecconi’s) and the Swan Collection.

Much like the Wharf, they’re looking for that perfect blend of classic style and youthful inventiveness.
